Description

Spelt (Triticum Aestivum Spelt) is a shiny, dark rice-shaped grain. When cooked, Spelt has a texture reminiscent of rice, a sweet, nutty flavor and firm chewy texture. Toss with fresh corn, green beans, goat cheese and a Dijon vinaigrette.
