Fresh, delicate citrus flavor marks the herb Marjoram, and it is often confused with oregano. Marjoram is best used fresh or at the end of the the cooking process to retain its bright flavor. Excellent with poultry, fish, eggs and cheese. For a sweet, complex touch, add Marjoram to vinaigrette dressings.
