Italian or Flat-Leaf Parsley has a stronger, more herbal flavor than its curly cousin. Italian Parsley stems are an excellent source of flavor for soups and stocks, as they pack more of the oils that lend the herb its flavor. Separate leaves and add into grain, bean and vegetable salads, mince into soups or sauces, or incorporate into ground lamb for stuffed peppers.
