Description

Made with French "beurre de Baratte", which refers to the style in which the butter is made. This is a process whereby the cream is churned rather than spun to bind the fat and create butter. Savory black winter truffles are added to the butter, resulting in a wonderfully expeditious way to add rich, earthy flavor to steaks, mashed potatoes, roasted poultry, even popcorn.
