Made with a blend of sheep and cow's milk, Philospher is a wonderfully creamy and crumbly cheese made in the feta style. The cheese is slightly springy, soft and rich. From Ewetopia Dairy in Denair, California, a relatively young sheep milk dairy that has been producing cheese since mid-2014.
