About Central Coast Creamery.
Central Coast Creamery, located in Paso Robles, emphasizes local and artisanal in their production, using only certified rBST-free California cow’s milk, and goat milk from a nearby farm. The cheeses are made primarily by hand in small batches, and all other ingredients used in the making of the cheese are certified organic. Central Coast specializes in mixed milk and aged cheeses and has come to the market with a unique offering of true California originals, including a knockout cow’s milk blue. Proprietor Reggie Jones comes from a large production background, and often yearned for a day when he could hand-craft his own artisanal cheeses on a much smaller scale. With a new facility and access to the best and freshest local milk, Central Coast is delivering on that dream.
