About California Olive Ranch.
Located in the temperate Sierra Nevada foothills, California Olive Ranch is America’s largest grower and processor of olive oil. With over 300,000 trees, COR’s premium olive harvest is the single most abundant in the nation – and right in Bay Area’s back yard. Two Spanish varietals – Arbequina and Arbosana – were first planted in 1999. These are true “estate-grown” oils, as they are planted, harvested and processed on site. Unlike other mass-produced olive oils, that can be up to 40% canola or hazelnut oil, California Olive Ranch oils are 100% extra virgin olive, ensuring superior flavor, cooking performance and finish with every use. All the oils also feature less than .03% acidity.
