Overall Aim

The overall aim of the training provided by the CCCM Cluster is to develop the knowledge, skills and thinking that humanitarian workers and government officials need to effectively deliver protection and aid to internally displaced people (IDPs) living in communal settlements.

The training complements the CCCM Cluster’s support to IDP operations in the field. It is designed to strengthen national capacity and support preparedness efforts.

  • Facilitate a 3 or 4-day training workshop.
  • Produce an evaluation of participants and a report.
  • Brief and debrief with the host mission.
